About the position

As a Technical Sales Executive at AWAKE Mobility, you will be a key player in driving our growth by identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with bus and truck fleets. Your primary focus will be to introduce and sell our state-of-the-art vehicle analytics platform, tailored to meet the unique needs of the transportation industry.


  • Cultivating enduring client relationships grounded in trust and commitment

  • Engaging in consultative client meetings, adeptly comprehending and addressing customer requirements

  • Spearheading and participating in industry events, exhibitions, and webinars

  • Collaborating closely with our Business Development Representatives

  • Orchestrating and executing presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions

  • Conducting in-person visits to clients' sites

  • Formulating and sustaining regional and client-specific account strategies

  • Fostering seamless collaboration with internal departments including Marketing, Customer Success or Product Management

  • Managing tender processes and leading negotiations

  • Overseeing sales opportunities and delivering weekly reports


  • Proficiency in German and English, with third language as an added advantage, showcasing excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in either electrical engineering or business administration/economics

  • Robust technical acumen and an eagerness to expand your knowledge base

  • Passion and proficiency in areas such as digitalization, cloud and telematics, e-mobility, and heavy-duty fleets

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience, ideally within telematics, charging infrastructure, public transport or vehicle maintenance

  • Readiness to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus
