About the position

​​

​For our core engineering team, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Engineer who will lead the web development team at AWAKE Mobility. In your position, you will help expand and improve our web apps that are used to visualize current and future vehicle health status and information related to their operations based on real-time data and machine learning. Responsibilities

​​

  • Guiding our team of frontend, backend and full-stack web software engineers by making use of your knowledge and experience

  • Spearheading the planning and designing of the web aspect of our features

  • Designing backend and frontend architecture and infrastructure

  • Building APIs for internal and external use

  • Ensuring our platform is secure using state-of-the-art methods

Qualifications

​​

  • At least 7 years of experience in web development, preferably with dashboards

  • Proven technical leadership skills in engineering teams

  • Deep knowledge about software design, paradigms and architecture

  • Experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI) and frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript and Vue.js

  • Experience in working with Amazon Web Services

  • Experience in databases (SQL, NoSQL, and preferably InfluxDB)

  • Experience with IaC, and automation (Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD)

  • Experience in software security
