AWAKE Mobility is a Munich based technology startup focused on vehicle analytics for bus companies. We combine IoT and machine learning to make public transport the most attractive means of transportation. Our data-driven approach helps bus companies to increase their service quality at reduced costs.

We're currently seeking a proactive and motivated Working Student to join our Product & Customer Success Team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in maximizing customer satisfaction and value. You'll assist our customers in seamlessly integrating our product into their operations, guiding them through the process, and by nurturing strong relationships, you'll foster a connection between AWAKE Mobility and our valued customers. You’ll be sharing technical insights from your exchanges with our product department to further improve our offerings. As an early member of our team, we're not just looking for skill; we're seeking individuals who resonate with our company culture.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with customers to facilitate the successful implementation of our product

  • Provide day-to-day support to customers, aligning our product with their operational workflows

  • Support our Customer Success Team in building strong relationships with our customers

  • Work closely with the Product Management team to gather valuable usage insights, contributing to product improvement and enhanced user value

  • Effectively manage the product delivery phase in partnership with the Business Team

Qualifications and skills you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master`s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or related fields

  • Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a solid technical grasp of IoT and Digitalization concepts

  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup, with a preference for exposure to public transport or vehicle maintenance domains is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English

  • Customer-centric mindset and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers
