AWAKE Mobility is a Munich based technology startup focused on vehicle analytics for bus companies. We combine IoT and machine learning to make public transport the most attractive means of transportation. Our data-driven approach helps bus companies to increase their service quality at reduced costs.

For our product & customer success team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager that is having the mission to maximize customer value. You enable our customers to move towards a digital maintenance future, by helping them operationalize our product and building customer success stories. The Customer Success Manager accompanies the customers during the whole journey, from delivery, training, consulting, and day-to-day usage, leading to strong relationships between AWAKE Mobility and our customers. What you will be responsible for

  • Enable the customer to implement our product into their organization

  • Support them in using our product on a day-to-day basis, aligning it with their working processes

  • Be the go-to person for our customers, building close relationships

  • Work with the Product Management team on getting extensive usage feedback, to make our product better and maximize user value

  • Successfully manage the delivery phase, jointly with the Business Team

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering/ Science; MBA degree is a plus

  • Experience in client management roles in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably within the public transport industry / vehicle maintenance industry

  • Creative problem-solving skills combined with a deep technical understanding of IoT & Digitalization

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German and English

  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to establish close relations with business decision-makers
